Jack Grote, Chief Operating Officer of The Grote Company
Columbus, Ohio, August 1, 2011 – Bob Grote is pleased to announce that his brother Jack has joined Grote Company effective August 1, 2011 as Chief Operating Officer. Jack will assume direct responsibility and oversight of all Grote engineering and manufacturing operations in Columbus, and assist with the company’s other operations throughout the world. According to Bob Grote, Jack’s background is ideal for the newly created position of COO. Jack holds Masters Degrees in both Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, and has over 26 years of solid leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing and sales across a broad spectrum of industries. Most recently, Jack spent the last 8 years as Chief Operating Officer at OTP Industrial Solutions in Columbus, Ohio, where he was instrumental in positioning OTP as an emerging leader in their industry. While at OTP, Jack also played a key role in directing multiple acquisitions that spurred market growth for the company.
