Designed for direct in-line transfer from a sandwich make-up line, Grote’s Ultrasonic Sandwich Cutter cleanly and automatically cuts sandwiches into halves. The ultrasonic frequency generator and titanium blade, or horn, ensures a clean, centered cut on virtually all types of sandwiches and toppings, including meats, cheeses, salads and fresh produce. Unlike a conventional knife, which must be regularly sharpened or replaced, the ultrasonic blade requires only high frequency vibration to maintain cutting quality.
