Grote’s Bread Denester and Butter Applicator offers the flexibility to configure a solution that’s right for your production line. Available in standard two-and four-lane configurations, the all-stainless steel system automatically feeds slices of bread onto your assembly line for further sandwich preparation. The optional buttering unit and butter conditioner/pump automatically coats the top surface of each bread slice with up to four grams of butter, creating a moisture barrier between bread and sandwich ingredients for optimum sandwich quality. Both the denester and butter applicator are simple to maintain and clean, making them ideal additions to your assembly line environment.
