Brendan O’Shea and Rodney Craven will support customers in the Southeast and Midwest.
We’re excited to announce two new hires have joined our sales team.
We welcome Brendan O’Shea as Sales Operations Leader and Rodney Craven as Technical Sales Engineer for the Midwest region.
Brendan will lead sales operations across the Americas, enhancing sales performance, pipeline visibility, and commercial alignment to drive revenue. He’ll also lead sales in the Southeast U.S.
Rodney will support customers throughout the Midwest by providing equipment solutions and lifecycle support.
“Both Brendan and Rodney bring years of industry experience to their roles at Grote Company,” said Director of Operations Greg Gavlak. “We welcome these two new team members and know they’ll be a great addition, working collaboratively with our customers, as well as our internal teams.
