Grote’s Sectoring Slicer cuts boneless, non-frozen product logs lengthwise into halves and quarters, turning single logs into multiple pieces to help prevent product folding, trimming and overhang. The machine is ideal for quartering pepperoni for French bread pizzas and can also butterfly logs for easy tear-apart.
