What’s the lead time for replacement blades?

Our band blades are kept in stock at our three facilities – Columbus, Ohio, USA; Deeside, UK; and Nijverdal, Netherlands for fast shipping with no tariffs. Orders can ship the same day or the next day.

How do I find the correct replacement blade?

You can find the correct blade by checking the part number on the packaging of your last shipment. If this is your first order, blades are determined by your slicer model and food application. Contact us and we’ll help you get the right blades for your needs.

How do I place an order?

How often should I replace my Grote slicer blade? 

How often you replace your blade depends on how often you use your slicer, its production rate, and the products you run. As a general guide, we recommend replacing blades every shift during sanitation. If you experience lower slice quality, it’s time to replace the blade. 

Do you offer automatic or blanket PO blade orders? 

Yes. We offer blanket PO ordering for faster fulfillment. Contact our Customer Service team to be set up.

Can Grote replacement blades be resharpened? 

No. Grote AccuBand band blades are disposable and cannot be resharpened. Blades can be changed out in minutes, reducing downtime and cost of resharpening.  

Can I get technical support for replacement blade troubleshooting?

Yes. We offer a range of technical support, from phone support to emergency and scheduled field service to troubleshoot your Grote slicer and AccuBand blade system.
