Learn more about how we work with you to provide best-in-class equipment and committed support from initial project discovery to replacement decades from now.

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH GROTE COMPANY
The process we follow to support food processors’ automation projects:

Step 1: Discovery
First, we ask, “What do we want to achieve together?”
Then, we learn about your unique operation, define objectives and challenges, and identify opportunities to make the biggest impact on your production.

Step 2: Design
Next, we collaborate to find or create the best solution for you.
We run demos with your products and operating conditions so you can see how Grote Company equipment performs. We consider all operational needs and equipment integrations to decide if existing equipment will work best or if we should design a new solution just for you.

Step 3: Manufacture
We custom-make equipment to your exact specifications. Our in-person FAT testing ensures your new equipment works exactly how it should – before it leaves our floor. With excellent lead and delivery times, your new equipment will quickly be ready to install.

Step 4: Commission and Install
We commission and install your new Grote equipment and provide critical training to ensure your team can operate your new equipment effectively and safely.
We periodically follow up over the next days and weeks to confirm your satisfaction.

Step 5: Outstanding Technical and Customer Service
We’re dedicated to keeping your production running and teams educated with support programs and services customized to your needs.
From parts and blade ordering to training, health assessments, and field service, we’re here to guide and support you and your equipment as long as it’s in operation. We call it “enduring commitment.”
