Jeff Brady, executive director of Dining Services at the University of Buffalo, was recently featured in the July issue of On Campus Hospitality. Jeff details the university’s journey from pre-sliced sandwich products to Grote’s 613 Multi-Slicer, including the cost savings and increased output they experienced thanks to the versatile slicer.
