After 30 days, Grote Company employees are eligible to receive a robust suite of benefits, including health, dental and life insurance, 401k with employer match, short and long-term disability along with optional supplemental benefits. All employees participate in profit sharing.
Paid Leave
Employees receive two weeks of vacation and 40 hours of personal time each year. Time off increases after five, 10 and 20 year anniversaries.
Tuition Reimbursement
We are invested in our employee’s futures and are proud to offer partial tuition reimbursement for those who continue their education in their area of focus. Employees are eligible after one year of employment.
