How do I schedule service or request technical support?

To schedule field service or request technical support, contact us directly online or via phone. Our team is ready to help — whether you need troubleshooting, onsite service, or advice. Have your equipment information and any details or photos of your concern ready.

Is technical support available after hours or on weekends?

Yes — technical support is available by phone outside of normal business hours of 7:00 am – 5:00 pm local time. Simply call and choose the option for emergency support. Our technical service team can also travel onsite for emergency and weekend field service. 

In what countries do you provide technical field service?

Experienced Grote Company technicians are based in the United States and UK. They frequently travel internationally to support North America, South America, and mainland Europe. Our distributors support Grote equipment in their local markets. See our Global Reach.

How can I get manuals, equipment drawings, and maintenance guides?

Digital manuals are included with and customized for every Grote machine. If you don’t have your manual, contact our Customer Service team with your machine’s serial number.  

We also offer digital technical resources for common needs, like changing out Grote AccuBand blades, inspecting slicer pulleys and blade guides, and maintenance checklists. See our support resources.
