What’s the lead time for common replacement parts?

Lead time is dependent on the part. Our most requested parts are kept in stock at our three facilities – Columbus, Ohio, USA; Deeside, UK; and Nijverdal, Netherlands. Orders can ship the same day or the next day. For specialty or made-to-order parts, lead times vary. If you need to know current availability or estimated shipping times, contact our Customer Service team — we’re happy to check for you.

How do I find part numbers to place an order?

The best resource is your equipment manual. Use its spare parts list with part numbers and technical drawings to find the part numbers. If you don’t have the manual or aren’t sure which part you need, contact us with your equipment’s serial number and photos or video. We’ll help you identify the correct part.
 

CAN I GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR PARTS INSPECTIONS AND CHANGEOUTS?
